Minesweeper Challenge

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Minesweeper Challenge stores, what other players can see, and how to delete it. The app is made by the Minesweeper Challenge developer.

Effective date: September 27, 2026

The short version

Your account

Online features (ranked games, the Daily puzzle leaderboard, and player profiles) run on Supabase, a hosted Postgres database service. When you use the app, you are given an anonymous account automatically. We never ask for an email address, password, phone number, or real name.

A random account ID and a session token are stored on your device so the app can keep you signed in to that anonymous account.

Information stored on our server

What other players can see

Your display name, avatar, country, ELO and division, ranks, stats, medals, and the month you joined appear on global leaderboards and on your player card, which other players can open.

Information stored only on your device

Your gameplay settings, board themes, local stats and history, and your Infinite world are kept on your phone and are not sent to our server.

What we don't do

Name moderation

Any player can report a display name from a player card. The developer may reset a reported name, and a name that receives 3 reports is reset automatically.

Deleting your data

In the app, go to Settings > Delete my online account. This permanently deletes your online account and everything linked to it on our server: your profile, results, badges, medals, and reports.

Data stored on your phone stays there until you delete the app. You can also email us at minesweeperchallenge0@gmail.com to ask us to delete your account.

Children

Minesweeper Challenge is not directed at children under 13.
